Is there a uniform discount percentage for each designer line?

The percentage off the Suggested Retail prices varies from one designer to another.

Is all the jewelry on the Badler’s Last Call website available to see in your store?

Most items in Badler’s Last Call may be viewed at our Park Avenue store. If you will be nearby, and there is a particular piece you would like to see, please call and we will prepare it for you. Please bear in mind that there is often only one of each piece available, and the piece may be sold from the website at any time.

What hours can I call if I need assistance?

We are available to answer your questions and take orders from 9:00 AM until 7:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Saturday.

From Thanksgiving until Christmas, we are also open on Sundays from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM.

Is this an Internet-only business or do you have a place I can visit?

You are welcome to visit us at our Park Avenue store in New York City. Please click here for directions.

What are your hours in your New York store?

You may visit us from 10 AM until 7 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Saturday.

Between Thanksgiving and Christmas, we also open on Sundays from 10 AM to 5 PM.

Which designers do you feature?

A partial list of designers with jewelry available on Badler’s Last Call are shown on the menu. We also feature the works of incredibly talented Italian designers not yet known in America, as well as jewelry from American designers, whose names may not be familiar, but whose jewelry usually is sold through fine retailers nationwide.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unaltered items within 30 days of the purchase date on your invoice. Please click here for more details.

Can I place an order if I live outside the U.S.?

We accept orders from outside the United States, but these orders must be paid via Paypal.  Our Paypal address is info@badler.com.  Please send the funds as a gift, so that we do not incur fees.

Shipping charges vary depending on the size of the order and the country to which it will be delivered.  Many countries charge an import duty, which will be collected by your government before the items are delivered.  Payment of  taxes, if any, is the recipient's responsibility.

If you choose to return the item and there is a duty imposed on Maurice Badler to get the jewelry back, the amount of the duty will be deducted from your refund.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

Our shipping department will send an email to inform you when your package has been shipped. We want to preserve your surprise gift. If your gift recipient shares your email account, please tell us and we will not send the email.

I have jewelry I don’t wear anymore. Can I give the pieces to Badler’s Last Call to sell for me?

Sorry, we are not accepting consigned jewelry from consumers at this time.   If you are interested in selling your unwanted jewelry, please call us at 800-622-3537.

Do you sell estate jewelry?

We now have a section on Last Call for estate jewelry.  Except for the pieces shown in this section, all of our jewelry is new.  Occasionally, we come across very nice estate pieces in excellent condition.  We are offering these items with our one year warranty and 30 day money back guarantee.  All estate items are clearly labeled as such.

May I order rings in any finger size?

If the stock ring is easily sizable, we will let you know. Please remember that when a ring is sized or altered in any way, it is no longer returnable for refund or exchange. We recommend that you allow us to send you the stock piece to make sure you are happy with the ring. Then, a local jeweler can do the sizing for you or it can be sent to us. Depending on the nature of the job, it may go back to the original designer for sizing. If there is a charge, we will inform you before any work is done.

If I see a piece I want, but I prefer a different color of gold or gemstone, can it be ordered?

It may be possible for some items, but the price will probably change. Please contact us

Should I have my jewelry insured?

We generally recommend you add items with original prices of $1,000 or higher to your homeowners policy. For those items we will provide you with an appraisal at no charge in your package. If you need an appraisal for insurance purposes on an item under $1,000, request it when you place your order and it will be included at no charge.
